Bobby Joe Hickey, 58, of Emmet, AR passed away Saturday, November
17,2023 in Texarkana, TX.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 5:00pm -7:00pm at
Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2023 2:00pm at
the Rock Church.  Interment will follow at Snell Cemetery in Emmet, under
the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Homes.
