Carrol (also known as Carl) Waynn Rogers was born February 22, 1954, and passed July 15, 2020. He was born to the late Parents Gene Rogers and Rosemary Rogers Baker. Carl was a graduate from Blevins High School. Served in Marine Corp, stationed in the Philippine, and resided in Hot Springs AR.

Proceeded in Death by his loving family, known as father (gene Rogers), mother (Rosemary Corley Rogers Baker), step father (James W Baker), Wife (Lilly Rodriquez Rogers), and brother (Ricky Lynn Rogers). He is survived by Sisters, Patricia Gail Fowler, Teresa Dian Green, Connie Janet Young, Dolorse Elaine Kidd and brother Jimmy Dale Baker. Surviving Aunts are Lilly Weaver and Iris Watson.

Carl was a loving man who loved to help others and spend time with his family doing outside activities. So today, we morn the loss and tonight we light a candle in honor of our brother Carl Rogers.

There will be no funeral services due to cremation. Ashes will be scattered on Springs Mountain, Hot springs, Arkansas, by his siblings.
