Charles Floyd Dougan  July 11, 1943 - March 13, 2024

Charlie was born to Floyd and Snoopy Dougan in Emmet, Arkansas, on July 11, 1943. He was the 4th out of 12 kids. At a young age, Charlie left home and ventured to Monahans, Texas, to try the oilfield. After the oilfield, he started driving a truck, which led him into airfreight. He owned several companies while at DFW Airport. After he hung his hat in airfreight, he owned several car lots. Charlie was preceded in Death by parents Floyd and Snoopy Dougan and his siblings Berthal, Robert, Clara, and Harold.

He is survived by his siblings Carolyn, Patricia, Kenneth, Waymond, Jimmy, Marty, and Alice. His children  Ericka ( Ricci) and Robb Easley, Wendy Badgett, Gregory and Kenya Dougan. His Grandchildren Jordyn and Trevor, Hannah, Tyler, and Madison. His great-grandchildren Jax, Chandler, Sutton, and Bo.

Service will be on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at 10 a.m. at the
