Dean Billy England, age 85, of Hope, Arkansas passed away on November 28, 2024 at his home. 

Mr. Dean was born on February 24, 1939 in Hope, Arkansas to his parents Sam and Lucille England. He enjoyed camping and fishing. He was also a member at Unity Baptist Church. 

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Virginia England; two brothers, John England and Wayne England. 

Left to cherish his memory is his three daughters, Vickie (Ronnie) Massanelli, Sharon (Tracy) Comer, Debbie (Gary) Martin; eight grandchildren, Ronnie Massanelli Jr., Joey Massanelli, LeAnne Massanelli, Mandi Cottingham, Heather Tefteller, Tesha McMullan, Ashley Gurley, Jennifer Ghormley; along with 28 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Linda (Melvin) Lear. 

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Snell Cemetery with Bro. Nick Flowers officiating under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
