Don H Arnett, 95, of Emmet, AR passed away Wednesday, April
29, 2026, in Texarkana, AR.

Don was born on September 6, 1930, in Emmet, AR to the late
William Frank Arnett and Teresa Erwin Arnett. He was a soybean
and orchard farmer for many years. Anything you could do
outside Don loved such as gardening, hunting, and fishing.
Spending time with his family was a favorite past time and
playing the fiddle with a local community blue grass band for
many years. Don was of Christian faith and a Korean War Army
Veteran.

Preceding Don in death are his parents, William and Teresa
Arnett; his wife, Alice Gentry Arnett, four brothers Albert, Elcie,
John and Bryson; and six sisters Rosalie Arnett, Edna Bateman,
Frankie Arnett, Kathryn Sutton, Dorothy Haynie, Martha Cook.

Survivors include his two daughters Kathie and husband Randy
Rosenbaum of Texarkana, TX and Cindy and husband Larry Allen
of Texarkana, AR.; brother William J. Arnett (Billy Joe) of Emmet,
AR; three grandchildren Brianna Kae McCartney, Parker Layne
Allen, Paisley Anne-Marie Allen; four great grandchildren Miles
Layne Allen, William Pierce Allen, Lucy Howe and Jude Howe;
numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, May 5,
2026, at 11:00am in the Shover Springs Cemetery with Bro.
Daniel Bramlett officiating, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua
Funeral Home of Hope.
