REFLECTIONS OF LIZ
On Wednesday, November 9, 1949, in Bonita, Louisiana, a beautiful baby girl, Elizabeth Ann, was born to Houston and Willie Mae Randolph. She graduated from Crossett High School in Crossett, Arkansas with the class of 1968.
In April of 1970, Liz married the love of her life, Roosevelt Wyatt. She retired from ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, as a dietary cook. Liz attended Common Hill Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking and baking. She was a resident of Hope, Arkansas for many years.
At the age of 74, Liz gained her angel wings on June 29, 2024, in Texarkana, TX. She will be sorely missed but never forgotten.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her loving husband, Roosevelt “Billy Joe” Wyatt; father, Houston Randolph Sr.; mother, Willie Mae Randolph; siblings, James Dumas, Houston Randolph Jr., Eddie R. Randolph, Miles Randolph, and Queen Ester Mason; and grandson, Julius McDaniels.
Loved ones left to cherish her memories are: her loving son, Bobby Joe (Sharonda) McDaniels of Houston, TX; daughters, Stephanie Wyatt of Toledo, OH, Natalie (James) Wyatt-Cotton of Toledo, OH, and Clarissa Wyatt of Hope, AR; grandchildren, Thomas Barker, Nashaun Wyatt, Roosevelt C. Wyatt, Jamie Cotton, Joseph C. Wyatt, Ashley McDaniels, Shytoria Barker, Shaquille Brown, Natalie Cotton, and Elizabeth C. Wyatt; great-grandchildren; brother, Harvey Randolph Sr. of Jackson, MS; sister, Edna (Earl) Hardaway of Crossett, AR; special sister, Loretta Simms of Camden, AR; special niece, Juanita Hollins of Crossett, AR; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
