Eva Mae Fields, age 79, of Old Washington, AR passed away February 21, 2024 in Texarkana, TX. She was born on May 30, 1944 in Crawford, OK to the late Clarence and Mary Jackson Hall. Mrs. Fields attended First Assembly of God in Hope, AR.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Vivian Diermier, and brother David Hall.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Ronald Fields of Old Washington, two sons and one daughter. Monty and daughter-in-law Paula Fields of Old Washington, David Fields of Old Washington, and Rona Fields of Old Washington. Two brothers and one sister. Calvin and sister-in-law Rita Hall of Kansas, Pearl Hall of Oklahoma, and Wayne Hall and sister-in-law Colleen of Oklahoma.
Three grandchildren, Monica Foster and her husband Joe of Prairie Grove, AR., Krystle Sivley and her husband Guy of Ashdown, AR., and Shaye Standokes of Old Washington. Six great grandchildren- Jackson Foster, Mason Ueckert, Kaitlin Sivley, Natalie Sivley, Skye Standokes, and Willow Standokes and a host of family and friends.
Eva will be lovingly remembered as the best cook, gardener, mother, and grandma ever. She was the one who held the family together and loved everyone inside and out. She lived her best life on the family farm.

Visitation will be held at 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 26, 2024 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Columbus Cemetery.
