Mrs. Faye Starkey Reyenga, age 89, of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, in Hope, Arkansas. Faye was born on March 27, 1932, in Texarkana, Arkansas, to Carl and Addie Moore Carr. She was a homemaker and a member of Unity Baptist Church. She was an active member of Good Timers Group at Unity Batist Church and her true passion in life was writing poetry. She is preceded in death by her first husband Barney Starkey, Jr., and late husband Bill Reyenga, four sisters, Dorothy Prince, Norma Smith, Carleene Yokem and Helen Mae Carr.
Survivors include: two daughters, Sandy Parish Tompkins, Deborah Starkey Olson and husband Ricky of Allen, Texas, one grandson, Clay Parish, three great-grandchildren Allie Poppe, Jaxon Strickland, Michael Alan Parish, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 12:30pm to 2:00pm on Sunday November 7, 2021, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801
Funeral service will 2:00pm on Sunday November 7, 2021, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest with Bro. Nick Flowers and Jay Pollan officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Online condolences: www.brazzelfuneralhomes.com
