Hazel Mae Lee, age 81, of Hope, Arkansas passed away on December 25, 2022 in a local nursing home surrounded by family.

Mrs. Lee was born on August 12, 1941 in Clark County, Arkansas to her parents John and Blanche Brown. She loved crocheting, crosswords, and working in her flowerbeds. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, William Daniel Lee, and a daughter, Patricia Small.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Donna Gerald, Bobbie Mills, Brenda Pack (Joe), Dennis Collins, James Lee, Andy Collin (Kandace); grandchildren, William Gerald (Ciara), Paula Gerald, April Johnson (Micheal), Arlice Pettit Jr., Jennifer Pettit (Royal Smith), Alvis Mills III (Haley), Angela Dyer, Rebecca Johnson (Danny), Lacy, Danielle McMillian (Derrick), Sarah Poole, James Small (Tiffany), Edith Small; along with a number of great grandchildren and other relatives. 

Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022, between the hours of 6:00–8:00pm at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Homes, Hope. 

Graveside service will be held at 2:00pmWednesday, December 28, 2022, at Memory Gardens under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Homes, Hope.
