James Charles Dean, Jr., 59, of McNab, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in Luling, Texas.

Dean was born August 1, 1963 to James Charles Dean, Sr. and Dorothy Barnes in Texarkana. He worked in the construction industry and was a truck driver. He spent his time hunting and fishing. He was a member of Columbus Baptist Church.

Dean was preceded by his father, James Charles Dean, Sr.

Dean is survived by his mother, Dorothy Barnes; wife of 25 years, Brenda Dean; three sons, Adam Dean of Fort Smith, John Allen of Saratoga, Thomas Allen of Nashville; daughter, Angel Dean of Lincoln, Nebraska; two brothers, Steven Dean of Hope and Kevin Dean of Saratoga; sister, Tina Whitlatch of Hope; 21 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
