Jessie Henson, 71, of Prescott passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023.
Henson was born November 11, 1951 to Frank and Hazel Fulton Henson
in Newport, AR. He was a hardworking and good-hearted man who loved
his family dearly. He hauled logs for 40 years and in retirement remained in
the wood business by cutting firewood.

Henson is preceded by his parents; daughter, Angela Henson; two sons,
Jonathan Crews and Jessie Henson, Jr.; grandson, Ryan Henson; sister, Ida
Jane Hatfield; and brother Grady Henson.

Henson is survived by his wife, Kay Henson; three children, Joseph
(Laura) Henson of Hope, Michael Henson of Texas, Shane (Alisha) Henson of
Emmet, AR; six grandchildren; Matthew, Angel, Payton, Derek, Blake and
India Henson; nine great-grandchildren, Holden, Coulter, Westyn, Eden,
Lauren, Ja’Maya, Jeremiah, Malayasia, and Malachi; brothers, Paul (Mary
Lou) Henson of Blevins, James (Thelma) Henson of Hope, Bunt (Agnes)
Henson of Missouri, EJ Henson of El Dorado; sisters, Opal Fulz of Texarkana
and Dean Norris of Newport; and many other family and friends.

Visitation is scheduled 1:00-2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2023 at
Prescott. Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. James McGill
officiating. Interment following at Friendship Cemetery, under the direction
of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Homes-Prescott.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made towards the
service to Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
