Kathy Denise Hill passed March 31, 2020 at a local nursing home. 

She was born to Willie and Fannie Hill October 22,1961 in Hope, Arkansas.  Kathy joined Bethel A.M.E Church, Hope.  At an early age, she attended regularly until illness overtook her.

She graduated from the School of Hope in 1982. She worked at Shelter Workshop currently Rainbow of Challenges for 32 years.

Preceding her in death are her grandmother and grandfather, Minus and Susie Hill; grandfather, Mack Elliott and grandmother, Vanilla Easter; father, Willie Hill; and loving aunt, Thelma Bishop.

She will be forever etched in the hearts of her mother, Fannie Elliott; 3 brothers and one sister, Rev. Windell (JoAnn) Ross of Hope, AR, Rev. Larry Ross of Texarkana, AR, Robert Ross of Hope, AR and Janet Davis of Los Angeles, CA; one nephew, two nieces, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 2-5pm Friday at the funeral home.  A private service is scheduled. Burial will be at Scott’s Memorial Gardens, Perrytown. Arrangements entrusted to Hicks Funeral Home, Inc.
