Kelly Owens, 61, of Hope, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, August 4, 2020 in Hope. She was born February 20, 1959 in Odessa, Texas to Jimmy and Rose Smith Rinkle.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Rose.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Tim Owens of Hope; one son, Ladd Owens of Hope; one daughter Laci Corbridge of Hope; three grandchildren, Tripp, Londynn and Kelly Grace; two sisters, Tina Rinkle Beard and husband Kevin (Peewee) and Chris Johnson; three nephews, Blake Beard, Miles Johnson and Colt Johnson; one niece, Toni Eaves and special sister, Kelly Park.
Kelly was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. She was dedicated to her family and her friends. Her true love in life was her family, and husband Tim of 27 years. Her enjoyment in life was being with her family, camping reading and her flower garden. Her work as an RN was her passion, she was an advocate for those in need. She was a leader that expected only the best from those around her and was always looking to find the best in others, pushing them to their fullest potential. She was a firm believer in “if you can’t do anything all the way, then don’t do it at all”. Kelly was the definition of compassion, determination and perseverance. We all need to fight like Kelly. Graveside service is 11:00am Friday, August 7, 2020 at Snell Cemetery in Emmet. Bro. Eric Fisher will officiate under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Hope.
