Madison Colette Vallee, 24, of Bellingham, Washington, died suddenly at home on 20 March 2023.
Madison was born on 14 December 1998 to parents J F Vallee and Kristi Hampton Vallee in Niles, MI.
She graduated from Lake Hamilton High School in Arkansas in 2017 where she excelled in drama and her academic subjects. She was also an enthusiastic cheerleader during her junior high school years in Blevins, Arkansas. She was offered a place at Western Washington University, Bellingham for a drama course but decided to pursue a professional career instead of further studies.
She later moved to Bellingham, Washington in 2017, where she worked in several jobs before passing her exams to become a gemologist with Fred Meyer’s jewelry department. Her smile and warmth could outshine any jewel and customers were drawn to her. She was a favorite salesperson with many returning customers. She loved her job and enjoyed being surrounded by all the sparkles. She loved jewelry and loved glitter. Her beautiful hands and nails were perfect for modeling rings. She was a bright star and light for all who met her. She had such kindness and compassion and would help anyone who needed help. Madison touched all who met her and lit up a room just by her presence. She will be sorely missed, will never be forgotten, and was much loved.
Madison is survived by her mother Kristi Hampton Vallee and brother Cooper Vallee of Hot Springs, Arkansas, her father JF Vallee and his spouse Vivienne Vallee, of Bellingham, Washington, her grandparents, Joe and Faye Hampton of Blevins, Arkansas, and extended family members across the U.S.,Montreal, Canada, the UK, and Holland.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
