Mrs. Melba J. Whatley, 83 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Saturday August 8, 2020, in Tyler, Texas. Melba weas born May 11, 1937, to Lafayette and Mary Collins Sinclair. She was retired from Heather manor Nursing Home and Rehab. She Preceded in death by her parents, husband Henry Whatley, daughters Marilyn Fincher and Barbara Warren, one son DeVoyt Whatley and special friend Loy "Skully" Townsend.

Survived by 2 sons Johnny (Teresa) Whatley and Roy (Lindsey) Whatley and 1 son in law Jeff (Vickie) Gray. 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, the loving family of Loy "Skully" Townsend and her 1,387 Facebook friends.
