In Remembrance of Mrs. Angela Johnson

It was Sunday, June 28, 1964, in Huntsville, Alabama, when a beautiful baby girl named Angela Kibbert was born to James Kibbert and Helen Betty Hughes. She was raised in Huntsville, AL, with the rest of her siblings.

As Angela grew older, she met and married Johnny Ray Johnson. They created a loving home and resided in Washington, Arkansas, for over 20 years together. Angela loved to talk and kept everyone around her laughing. She adored her children, Tanisha, James, and Christopher, and held them close to her heart.

Throughout her life, Angela brought joy and laughter to those around her. On Friday, July 12, 2024, at the age of 60, Angela gained her wings. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten by family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her son, Christopher Hughes; parents, James Kibbert and Helen Betty Hughes; and sister, Ann Monteno.

Angela leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Johnny Ray Johnson; children, Tanisha Nance and James Nance; grandchildren; sisters, Betty Joe Roberson of Huntsville, AL, and Sharon Peavy of New Market, AL; brother, Bobby Hereford of Huntsville, AL; sisters-in-law, Patricia Scott (Henry), Gwen Scott, and Faye Carrigan; and a host of nieces, nephews, close relatives, and friends.
