Mrs. Joann Watson Land, age 66 of Hope, Arkansas, passed away Friday October 29, 2021, in a local nursing home. Joann was born on August 27, 1955, in Alexandria, Louisiana, to John and Hazel Faught Watson. She was a retired registered nurse and worked in the health care industry for 30 years and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include: son, Tim Land Jr. wife Stephanie of Emmet, Arkansas, daughter Amie Blount husband Tracy of Delight, Arkansas, brother Danny Watson wife Judy of Hope, Arkansas sister Judy Phillips husband Dave of Emmet, Arkansas, four grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Tuesday November 2, 2021, at BRAZZEL/Oakcrest 1001 South Main Hope, Arkansas 71801

Funeral service will be 2:00pm on Tuesday November 2, 2021 at Brazzel/Oakcrest with Bro. Mark Land officiating. Burial to follow in Snell Cemetery.
