Celebrating the Life of Reynold Jackson, Jr.
Reynold Jackson, Jr., 71, entered eternal rest on October 2, 2025, at Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Hope, Arkansas.
He was born on July 12, 1954, in Washington, AR to Adean Adams and Reynold Jackson, Sr. He attended Macedonia Baptist Church and placed his personal faith in Jesus Christ at an early age.
He attended school at Lincoln High School in Washington, AR. He spent many years working for Champion Parts Auto and later SMI Joist, retiring in 2008 to live a life of leisure.
Reynold was the second of seven children. He had four brothers and two sisters: Freddie Adams, Sr. of Hope, AR; Sharon Turner (John C) of Hope, AR; Hirman McFall, Myrna Brown of Wake Village, TX; James McFall, Jr. (Sonya) of Wichita Falls, TX; and Lee McFall (Linda) of Texarkana, AR.
On May 1, 1982, Reynold married Sharon Gamble. Together, they raised four amazing daughters: Sharonda Randle (Keith) of Hope, AR; Leslie Buckley (Tory) of Fayetteville, AR; Angela Jackson of Hope, AR; and Pamela Jackson (Polo) of Rogers, AR. Renynold was a devoted stepfather to Katrina Stuart of Hope, AR, and a proud Pawpaw of four grandchildren — Ryan, KJ, Keke, and Jackson.
On many evenings, you could find him spending time outside with his nephew, Freddie Adams, Jr., and his cousins, David Jefferson (Ted) and Wilton Adams, Jr. (Junie). Reynold was always the life of the party and always entertained with his sense of humor and quick wit.
A true muscle car enthusiast, Reynold had a special love for fast cars, especially Mustangs. Above all, he will be remembered as a loving and gentle husband, father, and friend.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Denise Jackson; parents, Adean Adams McFall and Reynold Jackson, Sr.; stepfather, James William McFall, Sr.; brothers, Hirman and Lee McFall.
Reynold leaves behind a host of family and friends to cherish his memory and continue his legacy.
