Mr. Rosbel Moreno, 41, of Blevins passed away Monday, June 2, 2025, in Texarkana. 

Rosbel was born on September 30, 1983, in Michigan to Santos and Nicolasa Escalera Moreno.

He was a great father and friend who spent time with his family planning vacations. Rosbel helped anyone in need. A respectful, forgiving and hard-working man who will be missed and was loved by his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Santos Moreno and sister Nora Marquez. 

Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 14 years, Vanessa Ugarte; three sons Eduardo Ugarte, Rosbel Issac Moreno and Raul Ismael Moreno; two daughters, Angela Salas and Jazmine Salas; three brothers Santos Moreno, Juan Morena, Hector Moreno; Adriana Moreno, Paula Escalera, and Corina Moreno; one grandchild Yamileth Grace Torres; numerous nephews and nieces.

Visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 10:00pm on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home. 

Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 2:00pm in the Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home.
