Sandra Frances Lilley Rateliff, 83, of Hope passed away Monday, September 11, 2023.

Rateliff was born January 22, 1940 to Bill and Grace Beverley Lilley in Houston, Texas. Sandra retired as Charlie Walker’s legal secretary of 40 years. She was an involved member of the Rafter J Cowboy Church. Rateliff had no time for nonsense but loved her family.

Rateliff is preceded by her husband, Joe Rateliff; parents; sisters, Dorothy Jean Howeth and Wanda LaJune Kemp.

Rateliff is survived by her children, Leo Rateliff of Hope, Ocie Rateliff (Sherri) of Hope, Susie Malone (Chris) of Hope, Jody Roberts of Blevins, Jesse Roberts of Benton; grandchildren, Chad Poindexter, Andrew Poindexter, Lakyn Revels; great-grandchildren, Finley, Dally, Sarah, Huck Poindexter; and many other family and friends.

Graveside Service is scheduled 10:00am Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at Memory Gardens Cemetery with Bro. Terry Evans and Bro. Joe David Key, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Homes-Hope.
