Thomas Jefferson “Jeff” Barr, Jr., 79, of Bodcaw passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, in Texarkana, TX.

Jeff was born October 9, 1942, in Houston, TX to Thomas J. and Tennie Rogers Barr, Sr.

He was a retired HAVC Inspector for the State of Arkansas and a United States Army Veteran.

Jeff was preceded in death by his Parents, Wife Cynthia Ann McDowell Barr, Brother Bill Barr, Granddaughter Avery, and Great Grandson Jax Barr.

Survivors include two sons Donald Barr (Wendy) and David Barr (Susan); one daughter Debra Barr; sister Bertha Miller; grandchildren Mikayla Barr, Alex Barr, Magen Elmer, Kandace Barr, Noah Barr, Zachary Barr, and Garrett Barr; great grandchildren Presley Barr, Rylan Barr, Brinley Barr, Emma Morris, Layla Barr, and Gabriella Barr.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00PM Sunday, November 7, 2021, at Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Vines officiating.
