Thomas “Tom” Miles Wells, 84, of Elkins, AR passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2023, in Fayetteville, AR.

Tom was born June 8, 1939, in Whelen Springs, AR to Thomas and Catherine Stone Wells.

Mr. Wells is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Ruth Wells.  Survivors include 3 daughters Lisa Wells, Stephanie Vaughan (Curtis), and Amy Garrett (Lawton); 5 grandchildren Alex Wells, Jacob Vaughan, Sarah Vaughn, Greyson Garrett, and Hudson Garrett.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Willard Walker Hospice Home 325 E Longview St Fayetteville, AR 72703 or Goshen United Methodist Church 122 State Hwy 45 Goshen, AR 72735. 

Visitation will be held Friday, December 29, 2023, 1:00 pm-2:00pm at the Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Gurdon Chapel. Graveside services will follow at Rose Hedge Cemetery in Gurdon, under the direction of Herndon-Fuqua Funeral Home of Gurdon.
