Prescott’s Trick or Treat on Elm Street
Trick or Treat on Elm Street in Prescott, AR attracted hundreds of families to the downtown area for some Halloween fun. Multiple local businesses setup candy booths along the side walks of Elm Street promoting their business and offering candy to all the young, spirited Trick or Treaters.
The Chamber of Commerce hosted a costume contest for kids age 10 and younger on the front steps of the town hall. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of each age group in the contest received buckets of candy and their photo will be posted below with names and costumes.
