Rolling Lane Closures on I-30 Expected Next Week

Drivers on I-30 in Clark County will need to consider their route and travel time early next week as planned road maintenance will be causing rolling lane closures.

According to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT), weather permitting, crews will perform rolling lane closures Monday, January 28 and Tuesday, January 29 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to clean the shoulder lanes on I-30.

A release from the ARDOT said crews will begin on the I-30 eastbound inside lane at Mile Marker 69 and continue to the Hot Spring County line, then begin in the westbound inside lane at Mile Marker 80 and proceed to the Nevada County line.

Traffic will be controlled with signage and traffic barrels. Drivers should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones. Additional travel information can be found at IDriveArkansas.com or ARDOT.gov. You can also follow us on Twitter @myARDOT.
