Scheduled Work on Hervey to Cause Delays

According to the City of Hope Street Department, drivers will have a bit of an obstruction Tuesday and Wednesday on S. Hervey St. between E. 3^rd St. and E. Division St. (between Atwoods and the Train overpass) as crews work to replace sanitary sewer lines.

Crews are scheduled to be working the night of Tuesday, August 27 and Wednesday, August 28. No time was given for work to be completed but it is expected to be completed on Wednesday.

Drivers are advised to expect delays if driving through the area. Alternate routes are recommended and the Street Department asks the public to use extra caution when driving through the area.
