Undercover Task Force Investigation Nets Two on Multiple Drug and Gun Charges
The 8th North Task Force made two arrests Wednesday morning as a result of an undercover investigation. According to Hempstead County Sheriff James Singleton, the Task Force obtained a Search and Seizure warrant for a residence located at 709 Harris St. in Hope.
Sheriff Singleton said Tommy F. Hamilton, 42, and Alexis Tucker, 24 were arrested during execution of the warrant.
Tommy F. Hamilton was placed under arrest and charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession with purpose to deliver, possession of firearms by certain persons, maintaining a drug premises and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alexis Tucker was placed under arrest and charged for possession with purpose to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Both Hamilton and Tucker were transported to the Hempstead County Detention Center and booked.
