Victim reported that two Honda generators a Keurig Coffee maker, chain saw, various tools and hunting clothes that were stolen.
8 North Task Force Agents Justin Crane, Gary Dorman, Jeremy McBride, Codey Ferguson, Robert Missey Deputy Marla Gullion and Eric Garner of the Hempstead County Sheriff's Office, along with Arkansas Community Corrections Officers went to a residence on County Road 258 and arrested Cody Fowler age 30 of Blevins, Arkansas for Residential Burglary and Theft of Property. Fowler also was in possession of controlled substance Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Fowler was transported to the HCDF where he is awaiting a first court appearance for the charges.
Arrested in connection with the burglary at another location was Justin Lynn Isley age 30 of Emmet, Arkansas Isley was charged with Residential Burglary and Theft of Property.
As officers continued to investigate and attempt to recover the stolen property, they developed information Dillon Jester may have had possession of one of the Honda Generators. A witness stated that they remembered seeing Dillon with a red generator and he had let his brother, Damion Jester use it while they were waiting to get their electricity turned on in their new house. Agents and Officers went to a residence where they discovered Dillon and Damion Jester who are on parole.
As officers talked with the subjects Arkansas Community Corrections Officers conducted a search of the residence. Officers found Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in side the residence. Agents arrested Damion Jester age 26 of Prescott, Myllyssa Bryant age 24 of Prescott, for Possession of Controlled substance Methamphetamine and Marijuana, and Maintaining a Drug Premises. Also arrested was Michael D (Dillon) Jester age 25 of Prescott for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance Methamphetamine. All were transported to HCDF to await a First Court Appearance.
Throughout the day Agents recovered a Honda Generator, A Chain Saw, a Keurig Coffee Maker and other items that were reported stolen. All of which will be returned to the owner at some point.
The case remains active as deputies expect to make other arrest in the case.
