Bobcat Soccer Beats Nashville 6-1

Nashville- The Bobcats squared off against Nashville Tuesday night, securing a 6-1 vicotry.The Bobcats scored early and often as Daniel Marrufo got the Bobcats started off with an impressive goal just under 3 minutes into the game. Irvin Castrejon would go on to score the next 2 goals for the Bobcats. Aniell Felipe had a great game for the Bobcats scoring a goal and assisting on 2 more goals. Reyes Hernandez scored a goal a few minutes before halftime to give the Bobcats a 5-0 lead. Kelston Mask received a nice pass Irvin Castrejon and scored a very impressive goal to give Hope a commanding 6-0 lead. Very impressive win for the Bobcats, offense was clicking Tuesday night. Defensively the Bobcats controlled the game, and as they have throughout the year so far proven very difficult to score goals on. 

Monday night the Bobcats hosted Arkansas High as they won the JV game 2-0, on goals from John Gutierrez and Chris Alvarado, and as a team played extraordinary defense. In the varsity matchup, the Bobcats had an impressive outing as they defeated Arkansas High 5-0. Irvin Castrojon and Alex Brand each scored goals early on for the Bobcats. Aniell Felipe had a great game as he scored 2 goals Monday night. Kelston Mask scored a goal to help lead the Bobcats to a 5-0 victory over the Razorbacks. The Bobcats are scheduled to be back in action Thursday night as they play host to Arkadelphia.
