Bobcats Win 1-0 Over Devil-Dogs
Hope- The Hope Soccer Squad host the Morrilton Devil-Dogs on Thursday night in a must-win game for the Bobcats. The Bobcats took care of business, as they grabbed the 2-seed back with a 1-0 win over Morrilton. Jonathon Hernandez found the back of the net in the 2nd half off a nice pass from Nathan Sanchez to give Hope the 1-0 advantage. That goal was all the Bobcats needed, as the defense was great on Thursday night, and in his first career start, Joel Bello played great and had a clean sheet. Once again, Gio Ruiz made great plays for the Bobcats on defense, as Ruiz continues to impress. Alex Brand is back and well and is making a difference for the Bobcats, and he had a great game on Thursday. Sergio Brand played great per usual, as did Carlos Garcia, as this defense has taken every challenge on this year and played great. Sal Sanchez and Josh Ramos both had good games for the Bobcats, and SWARK.Today Player of the Week Anthony Dominguez has been impressive on the pitch. Brian Jimenez is back and well for Hope, after missing a few weeks due to an injury, and Brian, Dylan Mercado, Yahir Mercado, and Alex Hernandez all played well on Thursday. 

The Bobcats head to DeQueen on Thursday for a showdown with the Leopards. Bring all the support you can from Hope as the Bobcats look to get a big-time road win on Thursday!!
