Thursday, February 11, 2021, Hope, Arkansas, The Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce and the Hope Downtown Network are encouraging shop local fun in the manner of a contest. SPREADING LOCAL LOVE kicks off today and will close on Saturday afternoon at 3:00. This contest is Valentine’s Day focused & selfie driven.
To participate in the contest:
Take a heart selfie inside participating stores, which are listed below (You may participate as a group.)
Post your selfie(s) and tag the business & the chamber
Use the hashtag #spreadlove
The more selfies you post (and tag), the better the opportunity to win one of 3 prizes
Once the selfie contest ends and all selfies totaled, the chamber will reach out to the top three participants on Monday, February 15. First prize will be a basket of 10 gift cards to participating businesses. Second prize will offer 7 gift cards, and third prize will have 5.
With Valentine’s Day fast approaching, the chamber and Hope Downtown Network thought a contest to encourage folks to spread local love would be fun. As always, we want to encourage people to continue shopping and dining in our local community”, said Beckie Moore, chamber director.
