For New Fire Station

The City of Hope intends to purchase land to construct a new fire department with closing on or about May 1, 2025. The determined best suited area of construction, based on ISO considerations and other factors, was identified as being located between the downtown area and 16th Street along or near Main Street, a central axis of the City.

The amount of property needed for construction is estimated at minimum to be approximately 160’ x 220’. The City of Hope requests interested parties with property for sell in this area to contact City Manager JR Wilson as soon as possible, providing the location and asking price of the land for sell. Interested parties may provide initial offers via mail, email, telephone or in person. Multiple parties may package properties into a single offer.
