LITTLE ROCK - On Saturday, August 13, the membership of the Democratic Party of Arkansas will gather to officially nominate their candidates for the November General Election. State Convention events will start at 10:00am and will be held at the Ida Waldran Auditorium on the University of Central Arkansas campus. The theme of this year's convention is a celebration of the roots that make us Arkansas Democrats and ushering in the party's future.

WHAT: Democratic Party of Arkansas's biennial State Convention, to include official nominations of party candidates and consideration of the party platform
