Failure to Appear, Driving on Suspended License

On June 28, 2020 at approximately 12:40 am, Deputy Bo Morris conducted a traffic stop at 2707 Highway 174 South. Deputy Morris made contact with the driver identified as John Michael Smith, Central Dispatch advised that John had a suspended Driver License, an active Failure to Appear Warrant with Hope Police Department, and an active Failure to Appears Misdemeanor Warrant with Hempstead County Sheriff Office.

John was placed under arrest for Failure to Appear Warrant, driving under suspended driver license violation. With a court date of August 17th ,2020 at 0900 hours he is awaiting his first appearance.
