The Hempstead County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee was hosted as featured readers for
second grade classes at Clinton Primary School recently. Participating readers included
Glenda Burkham, Shannon Salinas, Mindy Lockhart, Deanna Gilbert, and Hannah
Montgomery. The ladies read the book “How to Grow a Monster,” a story about what can grow
