The Housing Authority of the City of Hope will hold a Public Hearing on December 8, 2025, at 10:00am to discuss and invite public comments on the Kelly Memorial Homes Tenant Selection Plan. The meeting will take place at the Kelly Memorial Homes office located at f* and Laurel, Hope, Arkansas. All documents will be on display and available for viewing at the Housing Authority office Monday through Friday, October 21, 2025, through December 5, 2025, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00 pm.
