Aaron Shepard, 63, of Hope, AR

Mr. Shepard was arrested and charged with Violation of Protection Order

8:43am in the 200 block of North Hervey

William Schrank, 49, of Hope, AR

Mr. Schrank was arrested and charged with Theft of Property

7.9.23

4:18pm in the 100 block of South Elm

Anthony Taylor. 63, of Hope, AR

Mr. Taylor was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass

On July 8th, 2023, at approximately 12:56 pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Lincoln Conway, 46 of Hope. Mr. Conway was arrested in the 600 block of East Oak Street and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Possession of  Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Conway was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held  for a first court appearance.
