Bruce Boulton, Plant Manager for Dansons Pellet Mill and Distribution Center in Hope spoke to the Hope Rotary Club on Thursday, discussing progress that is being made at the Hope plant.

Boulton said that the Hope plant will make the BBQ pellets from locally sourced hardwood and fruit wood under the brand name of Pit Boss. This location will also serve as a Distribution Center for the Pellets as well as other Dansons products. He also said that the Dansons management team is in place and they are now hiring production workers through the local Workforce Center in Hope.

Dansons, a family owned national firm headquartered in Phoenix, AZ manufactures the Pit Boss BBQ grill and pellets. The Pit Boss grills can be purchased locally at Atwoods and Walmart.
