Mr. Kemp was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.

Michael Phillips, 31, of Hope, AR
Mr. Phillips was arrested and charged him with aggravated robbery, possession of firearms by certain persons, theft of property (auto), theft by receiving, and he was served a failure to appear warrant. Phillips was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Jorelle Jefferson, 22, of Smyra, GA
Mr. Horton and Mr. Jefferson were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief in the 2nd degree. Mr. Mack was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
