All Information Provided By The Hope Police Department

On June 15, 2021 at approximately 1:40pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Justin Morgan, 40, of Searcy, AR and charged him with theft of property.  The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington St. in Hope, AR. Morgan was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On June 20, 2021 at approximately 8:57pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Emmanuel Ballinger, 33, of Emmet, AR and charged him with public intoxication and served a foreign warrant service.  The arrest occurred in the 800 block of West Ave. B St. in Hope, AR. Ballinger was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Carnesha Joyner, 31, of Hope, AR
Ms. Joyner was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and served a failure to appear warrant.

Mr. Morgan was arrested and charged with theft of property.

Jaime Paredes, 34, of Hope, AR
Mr. Paredes was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree, interference with emergency communications in the 1st degree, and false imprisonment in the 2nd degree.

4:20pm in the 1300 block of S. Hervey St.
Rito Alvarado, 33, of Hope, AR
Mr. Alvarado was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and accident private property.

3:43am in the 1300 block of S. Cedar
Juan Alamarz-Gomez, 32 of Hope, AR
Mr. Alamarz-Gomez was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.
