Jason Ruddell, 41, of Emmet, AR
Mr. Ruddell was arrested and charged with 2 counts of delivery of methamphetamine.

On March 22, 2022 at approximately 1:00pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Jason Ruddell, 41, of Emmet, AR. Mr. Ruddell was charged with 2 counts of delivery of methamphetamine. The arrest occurred in the 700 block of South Elm Street in Hope, AR. Ruddell was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance

Wednesday, March 23

12:05am in the 300 block of N. Hazel
Cortavious Rhodes, 21, of Hope, AR
Mr. Rhodes was arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public.

10:20pm in the 600 block of S. Walnut
Jemarcus Dixon, 26, of Hope, AR
Mr. Dixon was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated drugs, and refusal to submit to BAC.

Friday, March 25

11:31pm in the 1700 block of S. Main
Telly Hayden, 21, of Hope, AR
Mr. Hayden was arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public.

Sunday, March 27

Devonte Emory

2:24pm in the 1500 block of S. 5th
Devonte Emory, 24, of Hope, AR
Mr. Emory was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.

On March 27, 2022 at approximately 2:24pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Devonte Emory, 24, of Hope, AR.  Mr. Emory was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree.  The incident occurred in the 1500 block of South 5th Street in Hope, AR. Emory was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
