ARRESTS:

On March 13, 2023 at approximately 8:43am, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Taylor
Carter, 30, of Magnolia, AR. Ms. Carter was arrested and charged with forgery in the 2nd degree and
theft of property. The arrest occurred in the 300 block of South Washington Street in Hope, AR. Ms.
Carter was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

Mario Lard, 34, of Hope, AR
Mr. Lard was arrested and charged with domestic battery in the 3rd degree and served a failure to
appear warrant.

10:30am in the 2700 block of N. Hazel
James Hogue, 47, of Hope, AR
Annie Spivey, 40, of Hope, AR
Mr. James and Ms. Spivey were arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public.

12:43pm in the 900 block of N. Hazel
Leroy Booker, 32, of Hope, AR
Mr. Booker was arrested and charged with public intoxication drinking in public.

2:24am in the Yerger Terrance
William Clark, 54, of Hope, AR
Mr. Clark was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

Porcha Muldrew, 29, of Hope, AR
Ms. Muldrew was arrested and charged driving while intoxicated drugs.
