On Tuesday, October 31st, 2023, at approximately 10:0am, Officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Justin Moore, 34 of Hope, AR. Mr. Moore was arrested in the 300 block of South Washington Street and charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree. Mr. Moore was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance. 

On Wednesday, November 1st, 2023, at approximately 3:37am, Officers with the Hope Police
Department arrested Tevin Hayden, 21 of Hope, AR. Mr. Hayden was arrested in the 1200 block of West 16th Street and charged with Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons. Mr. Hayden was taken the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.

On Saturday, November 4th, 2023 at approximately 12:37am, officers with the Hope Police
Department arrested Quenten Salcido, 23 of Hope, AR. Mr. Salcido was arrested in the 2200
block of North Hazel Street and charged with Rape. Mr. Salcido was taken to the Hempstead
County Detention Facility and held for a first court appearance.
