Mr. Dudley was arrested and charged with refusal to submit to arrest, criminal mischief in the 1st degree, and served a failure to appear warrant.

Steven Tucker, 43, of Hope AR
Mr. Tucker was arrested and charged with public intoxication- drinking in public and domestic battery in the 3rd degree.
