Harvey Harper, 38, of Stephens, AR
On January 14, 2020, at approximately 9:30pm, officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Harvey Harper, 38, of Stephens, Arkansas and charged him with theft of an auto and public intoxication. The arrest occurred in the 900 block of South Walnut, in Hope.  Harper was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.

On January 15, 2020, at approximately 1:30 a.m., officers of the Hope Police Department arrested Marcus Hamilton, 22, of Hope, Arkansas and charged him with failure to register as a sex offender. The arrest occurred in the 1700 block of West 7th Street, in Hope. Hamilton was taken to the Hempstead County Detention Facility and held for a first appearance.
