Hope Public Schools hosted the chamber community coffee to celebrate the kick off of the Hope Farmers Market at the HUB in downtown Hope. People gathered, while still social distancing, as they nibbled on pre-packaged snacks, sipped coffee and shopped all the beautiful plants and tasty vegetables vendors had set up around the HUB.
Hope Public Schools held two raffles, one for a basket filled with goodies and another for a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Winners were announced and everyone was pleased.
Since community coffees have been rare since Covid, many citizens talked about how nice it was to finally have the Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce tradition up and running again. Be on the lookout for many more community coffees throughout the year.
