HWL is experiencing problems with the software that provides notification of a power outage.  If by chance, you experience a loss of power, please check your breakers first and if this does not correct the problem, contact us at 870-777-3000.  This issue will affect customers who are off for non-payment of utility bills as well.  If you pay over the weekend through the App, Kiosk or over the telephone, your service will not be restored automatically.  You will need to notify the office by calling 870-777-3000 so someone can be dispatched to your residence.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We are working diligently to correct this issue with the software company
