Law Enforcement Collaboration Results in Arrest of Kenny Scroggins for Child Sexual Abuse Material
On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, Hempstead County Investigator’s Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task force and Hope Police Officers executed a search warrant on South High Street in Hope, Arkansas in reference to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Officers arrested Kenny Scroggins, 51, of Hope, Arkansas on 100 counts of Felony distribution, Possession, or Viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Scoggins was transported to the Hempstead County Jail pending a first court appearance
