Upon arrival, HPD observed a tractor trailer log truck that was traveling West on 3rd Street, when the driver of the log truck struck the rear portion of a train that had not yet cleared the tracks.

The log truck is owned by R. Hughey Trucking of Rosston, Ar.

The accident is being investigated by the Hope Police Department, Railroad Representatives were also on scene.

No injuries reported at this time.
