Jamie Hillery, Prescott-Nevada County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director and organizer of the event was giving out candy herself on the corner of East Third and Elm Streets. "I think it's a great turnout. We've got a line that will not stop around the block. Every year it grows and grows with more vendors and candy throwers, and we love it."

The crowd was indeed impressive, as was the variety of costumes. Both can be seen in our pictures from the event.
