Threatening remarks by a man during a session prompted his therapist to refer the matter to authorities.

Darby Miller, according to Nevada County Sheriff Danny Martin, was at a therapy appointment Wednesday evening when "he told her that if he could get a gun he would shoot upon the courthouse and churches."

Prescott Police Department officers arrested Miller, 53, at his home Thursday morning "without any incident," said Martin.

He is currently listed as an inmate in Nevada County Jail, charged with Terroristic Threatening. Martin said Miller is awaiting a mental health evaluation and may incur other charges.
